Who can access the offers?
It depends on the promotion. Some are for new customers, others only for current customers adding a new service.
Does the discount apply to services already contracted?
No. Existing fees already in force are not reduced unless a commercial agreement states otherwise.
Does it include setup, hardware or third-party costs?
No. Setup, hardware, Meta/WhatsApp costs, domains, external licenses and advanced integrations remain outside the promotional discount.
What happens when the promotional period ends?
The standard public or agreed price applies once the promotional period finishes.
Can I combine several promotions?
No. Promotions are not cumulative unless Grupo Gampi approves it explicitly in writing.
